Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to be the first face customers meet, helping them choose optical and hearing products while delivering expert service in a fast-paced setting.

You will greet customers, provide product guidance, process sales, and work with optometrists and audiologists to ensure a smooth journey. Training is provided, with potential career progression and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable attitude with strong communication skills.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred, but not essential.
• Able to work in a team or independently with initiative.
• Basic IT skills and good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally
• Assist customers in selecting optical and hearing products
• Provide clear advice on frame styles, lenses, and hearing care
• Process sales and bookings using in-branch systems
• Support stock management and merchandising
• Keep the store clean and welcoming
• Collaborate with Optometrists and Hearing Aid Audiologists for a seamless journey
