Job summary

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care is seeking a Sales Advisor to warmly greet customers and help them choose optical and hearing products. You will deliver expert, friendly service in a fast-paced, customer-focused store.

You will work with Optometrists and Hearing Aid Audiologists to ensure a seamless journey, building relationships and providing product guidance while supporting stock and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable attitude and strong communication skills.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Basic IT skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Assist customers in selecting optical and hearing products.
• Provide clear advice on frame styles, lenses, and hearing care.
• Process sales and bookings using in-branch systems.
• Support stock management and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Collaborate with Optometrists and Hearing Aid Audiologists to ensure a seamless journey.
