Job summary

MSA Safety is seeking a customer-focused professional to act as a primary contact for customers and field technicians in the Birmingham area. You will be involved in quotes, orders, purchasing and invoicing, while coordinating with Field Operations Managers to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires at least 2 years in a customer support function, fluent English, and familiarity with SAP, Simpro and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• At least 2 years experience in a Customer Support function.
• Solid understanding of common business processes and general business acumen.
• Knowledge in SAP, Simpro & MS Office suite.
• Basic technical understanding.

• Experience in a multi-national company.

Responsibilities

• Customer point-of-contact for clients and internal teams.
• Field Technician point-of-contact for on-site support.

• HCL-specific purchasing activities.

• Maintenance of technical paperwork.
• HCL-specific master data stewardship.
