Oliver Bonas Limited in Glasgow Fort is seeking a Team Member for a 12‑hour pattern. Work on Fri/Sun (3+3) or Tue/Thu (3+3) shifts as required by the business. You will help deliver a fantastic customer experience, maintain product knowledge and support daily store operations.

As a Team Member you will join a friendly, energetic team, participate in training, stay aware of targets and contribute to store success while upholding OB values of Work Hard, Play Hard & Be Kind.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks and set a good example for the team.
• Adhere to operational practices: stock deliveries, health and safety, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards storewide, including back of house areas.
• Support other stores where needed.
• Be aware of store sales targets and performance versus targets.
