Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Team Member to support the new Glasgow Fort store on a 12-hour pattern. You will ensure an excellent customer experience, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with a friendly team to keep the store running smoothly.

You will participate in training, embrace ownership of tasks, and adapt to changes in shift patterns while contributing to sales targets and overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great customer experience, delivering on service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and assist shoppers.
• Maintain strong and consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in training opportunities and contribute to team sessions.
• Take ownership of tasks and set a positive example for the team.
• Follow procedures for stock deliveries, health and safety, stock takes and replenishment.
• Keep store areas clean and well-organised, including back-of-house.
• Support other stores as needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and store performance versus figures.
• Know store and product best-sellers to support sales growth.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations.
