Job summary

Oliver Bonas in Glasgow is seeking a Team Member to join the OB team on an 18‑hour per week pattern. You will help keep the store running smoothly, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and maintain product knowledge.

You’ll take part in training, follow store procedures, and support stock deliveries and housekeeping. A generous staff discount and flexible holiday allowance accompany this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team
• Participate in all training opportunities provided and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks, setting a good example for the rest of the team.
• Adhere to all operational practices and procedures, including stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store, including external and back of house/stockroom areas.
• Support other stores where needed.
• Be aware of store and company product best-sellers to support sales growth.
