Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Team Leader in Glasgow city centre to manage and coach a customer service team. This on-site role requires full-time hours, with flexible shifts between 7am–9pm, Monday to Saturday, and additional Sunday hours.

You will lead by example to deliver a brilliant customer experience, drive performance, and support your team to meet targets while maintaining a positive culture and high engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Hands on, proactive with a background in leading others and driving performance.
• Experience of working within a contact centre environment.
• Able to manage multiple workflows in a systems thinking environment.
