Qualifications

• Proven people management experience and ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in a fast-paced contact centre environment is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor performance, conduct 121s, and address attendance and conduct in line with policy.
• Drive improvement, coach for results, and create an engaging team culture.
• Plan and prioritise workload to meet targets and customer outcomes.
