Job summary

Adecco in Redditch, Worcestershire, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for a full-time temporary role until June 2027. You will serve as the first point of contact, handling enquiries, processing orders and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (35 hours per week). Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP is desirable. Weekly pay and an immediate start are available in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order management.
• Experience processing quotations and managing orders.
• Familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Process service requests, quotations, and customer orders accurately.
• Track and monitor orders, updating customers on progress and delivery times.
• Coordinate with technical teams and internal departments to resolve queries and issues.
• Record customer feedback and support continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and case updates.
