Job summary

MTrec Ltd. is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative in the UK to strengthen the team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, handling inbound/outbound calls, and processing orders to support customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage lead times, and provide product knowledge and alternatives. Immediate start and potential to go permanent are available, with on-site parking and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a customer-centric environment.
• Able to handle challenging calls and diffuse conflict on phone and email.
• Proactive account and order management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls and emails.
• Process customer orders through internal record management systems.
• Manage customer expectations and advise on lead times, product knowledge and alternatives.
• Report and escalate queries to the CS Team Leader as appropriate.
• Support other team members as required.
• Process orders.
• Coordinate returns with the Warehouse.
• Arrange private orders and take card payments.
• Coordinate returns with the Warehouse and arrange replacements if needed.
