Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Customer Care Specialist in Redditch for a Fixed Term Contract. You will be the first point of contact, handling enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure an excellent customer experience.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a salary of £26,000 per annum plus a 15% annual bonus and a fixed term until April 2027. Immediate start available and 2 days of remote work per week after an initial office period.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Process service requests, quotations, and customer orders accurately.
• Track and monitor orders, keeping customers updated on progress and delivery times.
• Coordinate with technical teams and internal departments to resolve queries and issues.
• Record customer feedback and support continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Escalate unresolved issues where necessary and ensure timely resolution.
