Job summary

Argos in the United Kingdom is looking for a Customer Advisor to help customers at tills, on the shop floor and at the collection counter. You’ll guide product selections and advise on services, delivering a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on shopfloor, and at collection counter.
• Assist customers with product questions and provide recommendations.
• Process payments, refunds, and explain financial services where applicable.
• Keep knowledge up to date on products, services and promotions.
