Job summary

Argos in the UK is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver excellent service at tills, collection counters and on the shop floor, helping customers with questions and recommendations. You’ll collect products from stock, process payments and refunds, and be present on the shop floor to assist customers with questions.

Qualifications

• Friendly and welcoming, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Comfortable talking to customers about our financial services when they buy certain products, with clear information.
• Able to work at pace in a busy store environment and to support the team.
• Willing to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks across the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shop floor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock, take payments, explain financial service options and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor, help customers with questions and provide product recommendations.
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to help advise customers.
