Job summary

Argos, a leading UK digital retailer, is seeking a Customer Advisor to ensure a great shopping experience for customers at the till, on website screens in-store, and at the collection counter.

You will collect products from stock, take payments, explain financial services when relevant, and help customers with queries while maintaining a clean, efficient store environment. Flexible, part-time shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to explain product features and services clearly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on screens, and at collection points.
• Handle payments, refunds, and explain financial services where applicable.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and in the stock area as needed.
• Build product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
