Job summary

Argos is looking for a Customer Advisor to help customers in-store and at collection points. You will handle payments, explain available financial services for certain products, and assist with refunds.

A key part of the role is maintaining a tidy stock area and assisting customers with product questions. You will build knowledge of our range, promotions and store processes to provide informed recommendations and a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong customer service across tills, website screens, and collection points.
• Communicate clearly and politely with customers and teammates.
• Be comfortable with flexible shifts in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Take payments, explain financial service options for eligible products, and process refunds.
• Keep stock room tidy and restock deliveries as needed.
• Assist customers with product questions and provide informed recommendations.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to aid customer choices.
