Job summary

Forrest Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a customer-centric candidate to join a well-established online business. You will handle daily orders, respond to queries, and support stock and dispatch processes to ensure seamless customer service across the UK, Ireland, and the EU.

Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, N-Vision, or Salesforce is highly desirable. A thorough training package with progression opportunities is offered to successful applicants.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years plus sales order processing or customer care experience.
• CRM knowledge is highly desirable (HubSpot, N-Vision or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders from B2B and B2C customers via email, phone and portals.
• Respond to customers regarding orders and stock queries.
• Produce stock reports and communicate order status via email/phone.
• Confirm and monitor orders from input to dispatch and invoice status.
• Liaise with couriers for stock claims of loss or damage.
• Arrange returns, collections and issue credits to customer accounts.
• Record complaints in the system and circulate to staff.
