Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years plus sales order processing or customer care experience.
• CRM knowledge is highly desirable (HubSpot, N-Vision or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders from B2B and B2C customers via email, phone and portals.
• Respond to customers regarding orders and stock queries.
• Produce stock reports and communicate order status via email/phone.
• Confirm and monitor orders from input to dispatch and invoice status.
• Liaise with couriers for stock claims of loss or damage.
• Arrange returns, collections and issue credits to customer accounts.
• Record complaints in the system and circulate to staff.

Responsibilities

• Customer Services – processing of daily orders received from B2B and B2C customers, via email, phone and online portals etc.
• Responding and communicating with customers regarding customer orders and stock queries
• Producing stock reports where necessary via email and telephone
• Confirmation and monitoring of orders from initial input, through to dispatch and invoice status.
• Liaising with couriers regarding claims for lost or damaged stock
• Arranging returns and collections and issuing customer accounts with credits.
• Recording complaints in the system and circulating to relevant staff members.

A knowledge of a CRM is extremely desirable for this role, either HubSpot, N-Vision or Salesforce and 1-2 years plus Sales order processing/Customer Care experience
