Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor in Eastbourne to lead by example on the shop floor and coach the team to deliver outstanding service. This 16-hour contract role requires weekend availability and a proactive approach to stock, visual standards and customer engagement.

You will work closely with the Shop Manager to drive commercial performance, train colleagues and maintain daily operations while upholding our brand values and standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a retail team is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Weekend and flexible hours are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the shop team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain high visual and commercial standards on the shop floor.
• Assist with stock, promotions and KPI communication.
