Job summary

White Stuff in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead the team on the shop floor and deliver an amazing customer experience. You will work with the Shop Manager to maintain high visual and commercial standards and develop your team.

You will coach staff, manage stock and promotions, and ensure excellent customer service while driving KPI performance and adhering to data protection standards. A positive, energetic store environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for Retail and Fashion and ability to grow and succeed in a team environment.
• Strong collaboration, communication and leadership to inspire others.
• Experience in delivering excellent customer experiences and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service following ACE pillars.
• Promote and collect customer data for email sign-ups and loyalty.
• Coach and develop team through briefs and training in store operations.
