Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor in-store in the United Kingdom. You will support the Shop Manager to deliver excellent customer experience, commercial standards and team development.

You’ll lead by example, coach the team on service, product knowledge and visual standards, manage stock and promotions, and communicate KPIs to drive sales. Weekend availability and a 12-hour contract reflect the role's flexible retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills and guest experience mindset.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for store teams.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service aligned with the A.C.E pillars.
• Promoting and collecting customer data to drive email sign ups and conversions.
• Introducing customers to multichannel shopping and endless aisle orders.
• Maintaining high visual standards in store and supporting floor moves and displays.
• Understanding product features and promoting them to customers.
• Making commercial decisions with stock, promotions and opportunities to drive sales.
• Coordinating promotions, incentives and key trading weeks including events.
• Understanding KPIs and communicating to the team to improve performance.
• Leading team briefs in management absence to motivate and inform.
• Organising staff processes such as Rotageek.
• Engaging with customers using brand resources and ensuring daily/weekly actions.
• Creating a positive shop atmosphere and motivating the team.
