Job summary

White Stuff in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead the team in delivering an outstanding customer experience on the high street. You will work with the Shop Manager to ensure excellent commercial, visual and operational standards and to support development and training of the team.

You’ll report to the Shop Manager within the Retail team, coaching staff to uphold ACE pillars, manage stock and promotions, and drive daily store performance through effective leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain high visual standards in store and support floor moves and replenishment.
• Make commercial decisions, manage stock promotions, and drive sales.
• Coordinate promotions, events, and key trading weeks with KPI awareness.
• Run team briefs in management absence and motivate the team to meet targets.
• Organise staff through Rotageek and engage with company resources to maintain brand standards.
• Support stock takes, audits, and compliance, and ensure safe store procedures.
