Job summary
Power Leisure Bookmakers Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader CSTL to drive front-line customer experience in our Birmingham shop. You will lead the service team, handle escalations, and ensure smooth daily operations while upholding company standards and responsible gambling guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers to place bets via terminals, phone services, and in-shop transactions.
- Maintain high shop presentation and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Lead shop operations in absence of the Shop Manager to ensure smooth functions.
- Adapt to changing situations with a strong customer-focused hosting approach.
- Uphold social responsibility guidelines and regulations.
