Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Birtley is seeking a Customer Experience Host (Receptionist) for our Motorstore. You will greet customers, take calls, and handle daily admin with a smile, delivering excellent service from the showroom entrance.

This part-time role requires weekend availability (Sat 8.30am–4pm, Sun 11am–4pm). You will work with colleagues to maintain branch standards andSupport a welcoming, efficient showroom experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in person and on the phone.
• Manage a large volume of customer calls and handle enquiries efficiently.
• Keep customer areas tidy and presentable and ensure customers are well looked after.
• Collaborate proactively with all departments within the branch.
• Go the extra mile to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
