Job summary

Arnold Clark Bolton is seeking a Customer Experience Host to welcome customers, handle calls and support daily administration in the showroom.

You will greet customers face-to-face and on the phone, manage enquiries, keep the reception area tidy, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in person and on the phone.
• Manage a high volume of calls and enquiries efficiently.
• Keep the reception area tidy and presentable and ensure customers are well looked after.
• Collaborate proactively with all branches and departments to support the customer experience.
