Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with IT systems and applications.

• Holds a full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to follow defined processes and guidelines.
• Good basic administration skills to capture customer details accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Liaise with workshop and bodyshop to progress work through the system.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoice processes to protect customer and company interests.
• Inform customers of faults or repairs found and provide clear, actionable solutions.
• Remain empathetic with dissatisfied customers and resolve issues where possible.
• Maintain accurate customer records including vehicle details and service histories.
• Stay informed about aftersales products and services and upsell where appropriate.
