Job summary

Tenpin Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to create an excellent guest experience across our entertainment centre in Worcester. You will manage bookings, answer enquiries, and promote offerings while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

You will work across departments such as Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke, assisting with events and parties. A confident, proactive attitude and strong service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced attraction environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work across multiple departments and roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Host events, assist with food and drink service, and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Support Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and children's parties as required.
