Tenpin Coventry is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver outstanding experiences for guests at our entertainment centre. You’ll handle reception, answer questions and help host parties across activities like Laser Arena, Escape Room and karaoke.

Responsibilities

• Check customers in at reception and act as a point of contact for questions.
• Host children's parties, oversee Laser Arena, Escape Room and karaoke rooms.
• Deliver food to lanes and keep the centre clean and tidy.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to a fun, engaging environment.
