Tenpin Wakefield is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to ensure a fantastic visitor experience. You will manage bookings, answer enquiries, host events, serve food and drinks, and help keep the centre welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and kids’ parties, bringing energy and exceptional service to a fast-paced, fun environment. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends.

• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean.
• Work across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, Karaoke rooms and children's parties.
