Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver friendly, efficient service at our Worcester centre. You will manage reception bookings, answer questions, host events, serve food and drinks, and help keep the centre clean and welcoming.

You will work across departments, from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Confidence, energy and a can-do attitude are essential to helping us entertain guests every day.
