Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Warrington to deliver an outstanding customer experience across our entertainment centre. You will manage bookings, answer enquiries, host events, and ensure a welcoming, clean and smoothly run venue.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
• Work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and children's parties; ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
• Be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions with exceptional service as the priority.
