Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in person or on the phone.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and maintain showroom standards.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and handling admin duties.
• Willingness to work with colleagues across branches.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, in person and on the phone
• Managing a large volume of customer calls and enquiries
• Keeping customer areas tidy and presentable and ensuring customers are well looked after
• Working proactively with all departments within the branch
