Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is seeking a weekend Customer Experience Host at our BMW/MINI branch in Hillington. You’ll greet customers, handle calls, and deliver friendly, professional service while supporting daily admin tasks and maintaining branch standards.

Shifts are Saturdays 8am-6pm and Sundays 12pm-6pm, with a focus on creating outstanding customer experiences and smooth showroom operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong telephone manner and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task in a busy showroom.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in person and on the phone.
• Managing a large volume of customer calls and enquiries efficiently.
• Keeping customer areas tidy and presentable and ensuring customer care.
• Collaborating proactively with all branch departments.
• Going the extra mile to delight every customer.
