Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Cardiff is seeking a Customer Experience Host to welcome customers and deliver outstanding service from first greeting to showroom departure. You’ll handle in-person and phone enquiries, support daily admin duties, and maintain branch standards with enthusiasm and a smile.

Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to delivering a positive customer journey, with opportunities for training

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in delivering excellent service.
• Confident to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organised with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, in person and on the phone.
• Managing a large volume of customer calls and enquiries.
• Keeping customer areas tidy and presentable; ensuring customers are well looked after.
• Working proactively with all branch departments.
• Going the extra mile for all customers.
