Tenpin Ltd in Caerphilly is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our fun-filled venue. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, host events and serve food and drinks, helping ensure a welcoming, smooth-running centre for all ages.

You'll work across departments—from Laser Arena to Escape Room experiences and karaoke rooms—delivering excellent service with energy, confidence and a can-do attitude in a busy, family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends
• Confident in customer interactions with exceptional service as a priority

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries
• Identify sales opportunities and host events
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming
• Work across Laser Arena, Escape Room and karaoke rooms, and host children's parties
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations in a busy, family-friendly venue
