Job summary
Tenpin Nottingham is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to welcome guests, manage reception bookings, answer enquiries and identify sales opportunities while hosting events and serving food and drinks. You’ll work across Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms and children’s parties, staying efficient, proactive and friendly with a strong commitment to exceptional service.

- Identify sales opportunities, host events, and serve food and drinks.
- Keep the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
- Work across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms and parties.
