Skipton Building Society is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our Sutton Coldfield branch. This permanent role is 36 hours per week, combining in-branch presence with phone support to help customers meet their financial goals.

You will greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide information on our full savings range, ensuring accurate records and compliance with policies. A strong customer-service mindset and collaborative attitude are essential.

• Experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in-branch and over the phone, creating a positive initial impression.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and offer tailored savings products and services.
• Listen carefully to customer circumstances and help them review goals.
• Proactively reach out to customers by phone to discuss how Skipton can support them.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems and assist vulnerable customers.
• Adhere to policies and participate in training to support your role.
