Job summary

Skipton Building Society, Sutton Coldfield, is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for a permanent full-time role (36 hours per week). You will greet customers, answer questions about savings products, and provide a warm, professional service in-branch or by phone.

You will listen to customer needs, tailor solutions, maintain records accurately, and support colleagues to deliver outstanding service while helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for branch customers in person or by phone.
