Job summary

Skipton Building Society in Worcester is recruiting a Customer Consultant to work 36 hours per week, supporting branch operating hours. You will warmly welcome customers in-branch and over the phone, understand their needs, and offer tailored savings products with a friendly, professional approach.

You’ll be part of a supportive team delivering first-class service, helping customers review their circumstances and goals while promoting the Society’s values and financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Experience in a contact centre environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, greeting customers in-branch and over the phone.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored savings products and services.
• Listen to customers and offer personalised solutions to meet their goals.
• Proactively reach out to customers to discuss how we can support them.
• Maintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Adhere to internal policies, standards and controls with training and coaching.
