You will engage customers, listen to their needs, and tailor recommendations while maintaining accurate records and following policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience interacting with customers.
• Experience in a bank/building society or similar environment is not required but welcome.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with customers in-branch or over the phone.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored savings product information.
• Listen to customers and offer personalized financial guidance to support goals.
• Proactively reach out to customers by phone to discuss needs and solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems and support vulnerable customers.
• Adhere to all policies and training to ensure compliant service.
