Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in-branch and over the phone.
• Engage and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Listen to circumstances and offer personalized solutions for best outcomes.
• Proactively reach out to customers by phone to discuss needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems, including vulnerable customers.
• Adhere to policies with training and coaching support.
