ReQuire Consultancy in Salisbury is seeking a Sales & Customer Coordinator to join a busy team. You’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, keeping clients informed, coordinating aftersales and supporting Project Managers to move projects forward.

You will be organised, personable and comfortable juggling priorities, with a passion for delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and organised, able to prioritise tasks.
• Experience in sales administration, customer service, or project support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with scheduling and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers updated and informed on progress.
• Coordinate and schedule aftersales.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to move projects forward.
• Answer customer queries and resolve issues.
• Liaise with aftersales partner to arrange works.
• Manage jobs in the project management system.
• Capture information, photos and supporting documentation accurately.
• Track outstanding actions to completion.
• Improve communication and scheduling to reduce snagging.
• Produce reports and keep records up to date.
