Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Wakefield Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology, and address fraud concerns to protect customers.

You’ll join a close-knit team with strong support while delivering outstanding service. The role emphasises flexibility, relationship building, and ongoing product knowledge to enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs.
• Open to a broad range of activities and comfortable in a multi-skilled environment.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
