Job summary

Santander Witney branch is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our retail banking team. This part-time role is 21 hours per week on a rotating schedule, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm.

You will greet customers, handle simple transactions, assist with technology in-branch, and support fraud prevention while delivering friendly, proactive service. You'll be part of a close-knit team, with opportunity to learn about a broad range of banking services and develop your knowledge to

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background (Required)
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs (Required)
• A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers (Preferred)
• Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach to work (Preferred)
• Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside of standard expectations (Preferred)
