Job summary

Santander UK seeks a Customer Experience Advisor for Beverley Branch, 35 hours/week on a rota basis Monday to Saturday 8am–6pm. You’ll be the friendly face or voice, handling transactions, assisting with technology, and protecting customers from fraud, while building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in face-to-face or telephony settings.
