Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for our Derby MP Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You’ll be the friendly face and voice helping with banking needs, technology guidance, and fraud protection while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll join a close-knit team with broad responsibilities, including day-to-day transactions, queries, and cross-selling opportunities, supported by senior colleagues and modern

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or via telephony (Required).
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand needs (Required).
• Desire to go above-and-beyond for customers (Preferred).
• Strong team-working and flexible approach to work (Preferred).
• Willingness to take on a broad range of activities outside standard expectations (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
