Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Grimsby Branch. The role is 35 hours per week on a rota, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You will be the friendly face and voice, handling transactions, helping customers with enquiries and technology, and protecting them from fraud.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from face-to-face or telephone experience (Required)
• Strong communication skills to understand customer needs (Required)
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers (Preferred)

• Able to adapt to a broad range of activities and priorities (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to assist customers
