Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Harrogate Branch, working 35 hours a week on a rota basis Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. You will greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in-branch, and support customers over the phone, aiming to solve problems and protect against fraud.

We offer a starting salary of £25,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus. Benefits include holidays, healthcare, pension, and staff discounts.

Responsibilities
