Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Bexleyheath Branch. The role is 35 hours per week, on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm. You will be the friendly face and voice helping customers with transactions, guidance, and support in a busy branch environment.

You’ll listen, resolve issues, and promote our products while staying vigilant for fraud and risks. You’ll thrive in a multi-skilled team with strong branches-based collaboration and ongoing learning

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Ability to communicate effectively to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers; team player.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre
• Building relationships and finding solutions
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
