Job summary

Santander Livingston is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor to support customers in-branch and by phone. The role requires a friendly, proactive approach and the ability to work across multiple tasks in a busy branch environment.

The position offers 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, with a starting salary of £25,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus. Benefits include pension contributions and private healthcare options.
