Allied Vehicles is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service department in Glasgow. You will deliver outstanding service, support customers with queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.

You’ll assist with internal and external inquiries from Allied Mobility and Cab Direct customers to ensure the right level of support is provided in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve customer queries within authority.
• Update systems with interaction details for accurate records.
• Generate feedback reports to improve service and standards.
